Shane Rainey has two decades of demonstrated experience leading spaced based/derived geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) technology companies and GEOINT technology service in the Department of Defense, Intelligence, and international verticals. He has been involved in the geospatial profession across numerous verticals including the United States Air Force, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the Central Intelligence Agency, and Maxar Technologies, where he managed and executed the Global Enhanced GEOINT Delivery (G-EGD) Program - a program providing rapid commercial satellite imagery to warfighters and intelligence professionals across the US government. During his tenure as a federal intelligence officer within the US public sector, Shane was at the forefront of integrating commercial remote sensing capabilities into counter-terrorism operations focused on solving complex defense and intelligence problems around the world using activity-based intelligence disciplines. Shane has completed eight overseas deployments and holds numerous public sector awards and accolades that include meritorious unit awards and achievement medals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from American University and resides in Denver Colorado.
Ryan McKinney, HGI's Chief Strategy Officer, utilizes his expertise to foster growth and achieve success in alignment with the organization's strategic vision. With a proven track record of driving business growth in diverse environments, Ryan brings valuable experience to his role. Previously, Ryan served as the President of Satellogic North America, where he played a crucial role in establishing the organization's presence in the United States, Canadian government, and NATO allies. His strategic leadership led to the successful market penetration of high-resolution multispectral imagery. Ryan's industry knowledge was instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. Before his role at Satellogic, Ryan held the position of Head of Strategic Initiatives at Descartes Labs, a pioneering company in automated planetary-scale data provisioning and advanced analytics. During his tenure, he spearheaded strategic initiatives that fueled the company's growth, cementing its position as a market leader. He has cultivated strong relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), value-added resellers (VARs), global remote sensing producers, and system integrators across various industries, both in the private and public sectors
Jazzmine Hayes is an operations and organizational management professional with over a decade of experience supporting business operations in cross-functional management initiatives. Prior to joining HGI, Jazzmine worked for Native Instruments, a German music Technology company, as the Global Head of Workplace. She managed and led a global team that supported the real estate, facilities, and operational success of offices in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Shenzhen, London and Berlin. More recently, Jazzmine worked as an Area Manager leading a national workplace brand to achieve integration with a parent brand and grow business operations and sales. Throughout the course of her career Jazzmine has been a thought-leader providing innovative and streamlined solutions to unique business challenges that include effective analysis of short and long-term impact to teams. She is a proven leader that values continuous improvement and always places people first.
