SELINA HAYES • Founder & CEO

Stemming from her extensive experience developing and executing emerging and disruptive strategies and technologies, Selina Hayes founded Hayes Group International to provide unique access to people, places, and data. With this unparalleled access, HGI is able to extend opportunities for unexpected and overlooked contributors, ideas, technologies, and methodologies with her desire to resolve intricate problems across the world. 

 

Designed to disrupt, Selina has access to strategic partners and networks across Africa and the Pacific. With her intelligence background and unique on the ground experience, the company has developed and delivered solutions involving multi-int sensors, information gateways, information operations, cultural intelligence, data collection, geospatial, ISR, and Space-as-a-Service.  

 

In addition, and in close collaboration with our global partners, the company has leveraged Selina’s international experience to provide robust operational solutions that are always mission-focused. She has been at the forefront of the introduction of disruptive technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions to unique problem sets.

She has extensive experience leading defense and international business development strategies for emerging and disruptive ISR, PED, and geospatial technologies. Selina has successfully combined the innovation of Silicon Valley with Washington, having successfully launched three new technologies in the DoD ecosystem to expand the capabilities of our country. 

 

As CEO, Selina has introduced her connections in Africa and the Pacific with this unique access to exquisite data sources and nonconventional methodologies. Jay Wagamon • Chief Operating Officer

Jay Wagamon began his career as an intelligence analyst and senior counterterrorism analyst using and designing automated information systems. He has decades of public and privates sector experience with data mining and visualization tools and developing IT solutions for complex analysis and social network building. As HGI’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Wagamon defines the company’s strategic direction and implements HGI’s methods in the US intelligence community and the national security space. His successes in this role, as with previous positions, are driven by creative problem solving and a deep understanding of the government market from the strategic and operational perspectives.

Jazzmine Hayes • Chief of Staff

Jazzmine Hayes is an operations and organizational management professional with over a decade of experience supporting business operations in cross-functional management initiatives. Prior to joining HGI, Jazzmine worked for Native Instruments, a German music Technology company, as the Global Head of Workplace. She managed and led a global team that supported the real estate, facilities, and operational success of offices in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Shenzhen, London and Berlin. More recently, Ms. Hayes worked as an Area Manager leading a national workplace brand to achieve integration with a parent brand and grow business operations and sales. Throughout the course of her career Ms. Hayes has been a thought-leader providing innovative and streamlined solutions to unique business challenges that include effective analysis of short and long-term impact to teams. She is a proven leader that values continuous improvement and always places people first.

Dana "Bobby" Boucher • Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Bobby Boucher has over 30 years of military, government contracting, and commercial technology sales experience. Previously, Mr. Boucher was a co-founder, managing partner, and Executive Vice President of Intelligence Solutions at VICTOR42. Bobby integrated people, processes, and technology into SOF tactical operations while providing a blend of international, civilian, and defense service offerings in both CONUS and OCONUS work on six continents. As an entrepreneur, Bobby has a track record of creating infrastructure and managing business and contract operations for emerging startup firms to build them to their full potential and sale.

Mark Russell • Vice President of Business Development

A former USAF aviator and C4ISR officer with more than 4,000 flying hours, VP of Business Development, Mark Russell, brings more than 35 years of military and business experience to Hayes Group. Mark has worked for large defense corporations as a business development executive and senior program manager, primarily with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) major weapons systems sales to allied nations Further, he has in-depth experience working for venture capital, private equity and, more recently, unmanned aerial systems and artificial intelligence. Having developed successful business in more than 50 countries across defense, commercial and civil government sectors, Mark brings a proven performance record for creating enduring relationships that lead to values-based business.

Bryan Abell • Vice President of Special Programs

Bryan Abell, HGI’s Vice President of Special Programs, is a former Marine Corps Infantry Officer and Force Reconnaissance Marine. He has served in operations roles at Six Maritime, Amazon, and Premise Data and is a former Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Intelligence Community. Bryan has a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a M.A. in International Policy from Stanford University, and a M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
